Voting Delegate: each congregation is allowed an ordained voting delegate and a lay voting delegate, for a maximum of two voting delegates. The ordained delegate must be called and installed to the congregation (not a vacancy or pulpit supply pastor). After signing up, an email to verify the lay delegate’s credential will be automatically sent to the pastor and/or congregational officer provided. Deadline to sign-up: April 15 (this deadline is to ensure we reach our workbook publishing deadline on time in accordance with the PSD Bylaws)

Preliminary Advisory Voting Commissioned Minister (PAVCM): Review instruction. Commissioned Ministers representing their circuits as outlined in the document should sign up as a PAVCM. Deadline to sign-up: April 15

Non-Voting Advisory Delegate: any pastor not attending the convention as the voting delegate for their congregation should sign up for convention as a non-voting advisory delegate. Any commissioned minister not attending the convention as the Preliminary Advisory Voting Commissioned Minister (PAVCM) for their circuit should sign up for convention as a non-voting advisory delegate. This category applies to candidates and emeriti as well. Deadline to sign-up: May 20
