The Administrative Coordinator supports the Pastor(s) and church leadership in the ministry of St Paul’s Lutheran Church of Irvine. Key functions include: provide support to the Senior Pastor, work with the Worship Planning Committee to create worship bulletins, coordinate key communications, manage church information and databases, arrange for printing and distribution, collaborate with the Treasurer on expense allocation and monitoring, assist Church Council and Elder teams, assist with scheduling meetings for church functions, answer
phones and direct calls as the Church’s ministry front-facing representative.
Additional duties include other legal and human resource requirements. This role will report directly to the Senior Pastor, operating in person in the Church Offices. Remote work will be an infrequent exception.
This is a part time role at 20 hours per week.
Annual benefits include 2 weeks paid vacation and 3 days paid sick leave. Vacation and sick time to be prorated and available after completing 60-day probationary period. Pay: $25.00 hourly.
